With the blessed DNA of being Hugh Grant’s cousin, the director, who plays detective Eddie Thawne on the television series, case out over Instagram. In the clip captioned “Just me, hello”, Cosnett begins with a “dramatic pause” before leisurely declaring: “I’m gay. TV: “Loki” to Introduce Trans Superhero

Loki – the upcoming Disney+ Marvel series – is set to introduce the transgender superhero Sera. A month after Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige backtracked on a pledge to introduce trans characters to the big screen, it appears he will instead be bringing trans representation to the streaming end of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Loki – one of a number of MCU shows in development at Disney+ – will reportedly introduce Sera, often referred to as Marvel Comics’ first trans superhero. Full Story From Pink News

GLAAD’s recently released annual study of LGBTQ characters on TV found that 10.2% of regular characters on broadcast scripted primetime television this season are LGBTQ — meeting GLAAD’s 2018 goal of reaching a 10% threshold by 2020. GLAAD now wants to reach 25% by 2025. But reaching GLAAD’s 2018 goal came about largely thanks to just four very influential TV producers: Greg Berlanti, Lena Waithe, Ryan Murphy, and ally Shonda Rhimes.
