Factor Four Magazine wants flash fiction—stories of 2,000 or fewer words—in the science fiction, fantasy, supernatural, and superhero subgenres. Their first issue is due out April 2018. They’ll take submissions up to 2,000 words (but 1,000 preferred) and pay 8¢/word. They’ve got some volunteer staff positions open too.
