TV: Patty Lupone to Join WandaVision Spinoff

WandaVision spinoff series Agatha: House of Harkness has added bonafide musical firepower to its cast in the form of showbiz legend, Patti LuPone. The upcoming series will follow the delightfully camp antagonist of Marvel’s WandaVision, Agatha Harkness (played by the Emmy-nominated Kathryn Hahn), after she was trapped in Westview at the end of the the series. According to Deadline, LuPone – who has won three Tony awards, two Olivier awards and two Grammys – will join the cast of the Marvel show in an as-yet unrevealed role, due to be released on Disney+ in 2023. TV: American Horror Story Confirms Slate of LGBTQ+ Icons for Season Eleven

The first members of the American Horror Story season 11 cast have been unveiled, with fresh faces and genuine icons joining old favourites. Teen Wolf star Charlie Carver will be joining the long-running anthology, fresh from his turn in The Batman. Carver, who previously worked with American Horror Story boss Ryan Murphy on Ratched, has already been spotted filming, with set pictures revealing his character will share a queer romance with Isaac Powell, who joined the cast in season 10.
