A Lesbian/Bi Disney Princess?

The directors of Moana have claimed that Disney would be “open” to the idea of a gay Disney princess. Ron Clements and John Musker directed the 2016 film, which introduced Disney’s first Polynesian princess. The pair were also behind The Princess and the Frog, which introduced African-American Disney princess Tiana. Riverdale’s bisexual character Toni Topaz will have a female love interest. Actress Vanessa Morgan plays Riverdale’s newest character. The actress spoke about her character with Refinery29. Morgan is ‘super pumped’ to be playing an openly bisexual character. She told Refinery29: ‘I’m all for “love is love.” You fall in love with somebody’s soul. Gender shouldn’t be a factor.
