River flutters his stupidly long eyelashes at me once again. “I know this is kinda awkward given our current situation, but I feel like we’re totally vibing. You wanna go out with me some time?”
My tentacles wriggle eagerly at the suggestion, but I grit my teeth. I have a duty and a responsibility here. There’s no helping it. I’m going to have to bring out the big guns, as the Earthlings like to say.
Standing, I carefully untuck my dress shirt from my pants.
River blinks rapidly, an adorable blush creeping back into his cheeks. “Hold up…I was talking about a date. I don’t think we know each other well enough to get naked together quite yet, Mr. Sexy Alien. Legit, I’m totally flattered and all, but I barely know you. You haven’t even told me your name. And it’s not because you’re an alien. Don’t get me wrong. I’m not a bigot or anything. I’m not opposed to interspecies dating. Far from it, actually. But I do like to get to know someone first, you know what I’m saying? I’m not really much of a hook up kind of guy. A little old-fashioned dating and getting to know each other before boning is more my speed.”
I unbutton my shirt, then free the top button of my pants so I can pull them down partway. Is it wrong I rather enjoy how flustered I’m making him at this moment?
“Whoa. Okay. Uh…this is escalating fast,” River says, before letting out a breathy little noise. “Also, you have a really nice body. Like, seriously. Is that an alien thing, or do you work out or—Ohmyfreakinggod! What the hell is that?”
The hidden protective pouch in my abdomen opens, allowing me to extend two of my other appendages.
“Holy hentai tentacle porn, Batman,” he whispers.
Lightning fast, my two purple limbs reach out and grab him, lifting him in the air above me with ease. Although my tentacles are keeping him restrained, they hold him gently. They’re damn near quivering with excitement to be touching him.
River squeaks. “This isn’t the part where you decide to anally probe me, is it?”
