Yes, there is a gay couple in “The Last Jedi.” But it’s so on the down low, most folks will never know. Gay Star News explains:

The internet can’t handle the revelation of a secret gay couple in the latest Star Wars movie, The Last Jedi. Twitter user ikolism took to social media to explain: ‘Only male porgs have orange plumage around their eyes, and both snuggling porgs have those markings.

‘Gay porgs, folks. TLJ [The Last Jedi] is a gift that keeps on giving,’ they wrote. Then they uploaded a gif from the movie of two male porgs nuzzling.
