When some self-pubbers talk about what “should” be done that requires outlays of money, the engagement of staff, social contacts, and the like that you just don’t have, how does it make you feel?
Do you just want to give up since you don’t have several hundred to a thousand dollars to dump into these things before publishing? Do you just shrug and do the best that you can with what you have?
