FOR WRITERS: Multiple Author Names

FOR WRITERS

Today’s writer topic comes from QSFer Aidee Ladnier:

“Do you or have you thought of obtaining multiple pen names? Is it hard to keep up with two brands?”

Let’s talk about the practical rather than the why – if you have multiple brands/pen names, how do you deal with them? Do you keep them strictly separate? Do you bleed into them a little? Do you have multiple facebook logins? etc…

  1. K.S. Trenten for published original works and rhodrymavelyne for fan fiction at Archive of Our Own. Although I also use rhodrymavelyne at NaNoWriMo, Camp NaNoWriMo, tumblr, wordpress, blogger and Twitter. Just a little way of letting anyone who enjoys my fanfic know I also write original work, if they’re interested in checking it out. :) Although I use Kari Trenten for Facebook, Google+ and my ‘Sources of Inspiration’ column here.
