What ebook distribution channels do you use? Amazon is almost mandatory I presume but what else do you use? Smashwords seems to handle the most formats and I understand distributes to Kobo, B&N Nook, Apple and possibly others. One quite successful LGBT author indicated that she uses Amazon and Smashwords and her books seem to be widely available. What are other options to maximize distribution?
