Things in the Well, the publication arm of Oz Horror Con, is putting together its fourth themed horror anthology. Beneath the Waves: Tales from the Deep will feature Clive Barker’s “The Madonna” as an anchor story. CALL: Carina Press wants trope-filled erotic romances in any pairing and any subgenre

Carina Press wants 10,000- to 25,000-word erotic novellas for its “Dirty Bits” collection, which are steamy romances designed to be read in an hour or two. Each story should focus on a popular romance trope. All pairings, genders, and orientations will be considered. Subgenres such as sci-fi romance, fantasy romance, paranormal romance, and historical romance are welcome along with the contemporary romance.

CALL: Timeless Tales wants Snow White and the Seven Dwarves retellings

Timeless Tales, an online print and audio magazine of fairytale retellings, is celebrating its five-year anniversary with an issue dedicated to short fiction and poetry inspired by the story of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. They will accept submissions March 12–22 and pay $20 for stories of up to 2,000 words (1,500 preferred).
