Bo Walton, a scientist who builds up a time-machine to return to the 70s to meet her dead mother and brother. Bo uses an avatar to travel to the past as if it were a video game. However, when she attempts to remove her goggles to abandon the avatar, her brain gets doubled thanks to a quantum mechanics effect and, one Bo gets trapped in the avatar in the past.
